Our shipping and handling charge is intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the products you have purchased, and delivering them to you and/or the recipients you designate. Our Flat Rate shipping originates from Orange County California and are sent via ground shipping method.

Returns & Replacements
iCOOLer products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship of the product when the product is used for the purpose intended, and does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, or neglect.  If you are unhappy with your iCOOLer purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the price of the product. Please note that we do NOT refund shipping and handling charges.
